Trisha F. is one of the very best instructors at Capella. She provides thorough & well-laid out courses that are easy to follow. I always learn a lot from her. This was a really good course, chocked full of quality info. I'd definitely recommend this one!

Some of the questions did not go with the video/ written texts. I spent a lot of time one for instance and listened to the video at least 3 times and re read the material and had to guess as the answer was not discussed. I did learn a lot in the class, but spent unnecessary time trying to find some information that wasn't there.

I learned a lot about PLC's, and learning theories. I can use all of this in my high school as I teach and lead.

2 of the questions on the milestone did not align with the content from the challenges. Other than this, great course. If you are familiar with PLC's then this course should be intuitive - it only took me 2.5 hours. Even if you are familiar, there is much to learn from this course! Highly recommend.

Will certainly assist in being apart of a PLC and helping in implementing in my district with my co-workers!

I have been in education for 20 plus years teaching at the elementary, middle and high school levels also served as an Instructional Coach, high school administrator and PLC lead in most areas of my experience. With that, this course not only affirmed the prestigious work I have witnessed teams conduct, but gave me new insight and learning of other theories with adult learners and a few new strategies to implement with teams towards student achievement. Thank you!
