I hate to say this, but this is the worst PD course that Capella offers. It's convoluted, confusing & poorly organized. Questions are long, arduous & rambling. The videos are much too long & don't get to the point. And there are no .pdf transcripts. I could not wait to finish this class & felt frustrated the whole way through. I would not recommend this class. I'm so glad I'm done with it.

Great course. I loved all the information in the second half of the course about flipped learning in both PD and in the classroom - this is something I've always been interested in and wanted to try. The whole course took a little less than 4 hours and was so full of applicable information that it didn't feel that long at all. 10/10 recommend!

Course information was valuable. The presentations seemed somewhat disjointed at times. I don't understand references to Bloom's taxonomy when this was not reflected in any of the videos that were required viewing. Additionally, I did not see the video on Competency Based Designed Principles in the course list. I viewed it when I came across a link in one of the Challenge questions.

The content and learning was beneficial. The questions on the challenges and milestones were grammatically incorrect quite frequently, thus causing a bit of confusion when answering the questions.

The course is full of information which connects to all other PD courses on adult learning. Very interesting information that I will definitely put to good use easily and immediately.
